For the eye surgery consultation, the manager gave the estimate. Since they weren't a doctor but were talking about all sorts of things and explaining the surgery, I had zero trust. It seems like the manager does all the consultations here. And when I said I had had nose surgery at Yoo & I and that my nose was slightly bent, they said the hospital had changed its name and was unrelated, and that the doctor back then was a paid doctor and isn't there anymore I realized I should check whether the director actually stays at the hospital, not just a paid doctor.
