The front desk staff were kind and the facilities were nice, but there are so many other hospitals in the building, and it’s connected to the subway, so using the elevator is a huge pain. I also consulted with the doctor, and since there was surgery right after my consultation slot, I’m not sure if that’s why, but instead of actively explaining and telling me things, it went more like, ‘Oh, if you want that, it’ll be something like this,’ so for someone who wants recommendations for a line that suits them, I wouldn’t recommend it. Still, it also means they don’t push things or over-treat, so I guess that’s a pro and a con. The director was kind and the explanation was good...
