The director and the manager were both kind. The consultation was also very thorough, and they seemed strict when it came to aftercare. But here they said my septum was small, so I would need rib cartilage, and because my nose was crooked, I would need custom silicone. At another clinic, however, they said my septum was actually fairly large and that a nose like mine is just the kind everyone has to some degree, so it wasn't severe. Since this is my first surgery, if I can avoid using rib cartilage, I want to go that route, so I probably won't have surgery here.
