Just unfailingly kind! I'm not the type to want that kind of thing, and when I actually talked to them, even if the tone felt a little stiff, you can tell whether someone is just doing things half-heartedly or not, so instead it felt kind. I also felt that they were very professional, and just touching my nose with their hands moved me. No doctor had ever examined me that carefully....
