I'm having such a good day after my bulbous-nose revision surgery. After the first surgery, they said my septum had been ruined so it would be hard to make it any higher, but for now I'm happy with this line. It will probably settle lower over time, but I guess that can't be helped. In any case, the revision went so well. I already had some asymmetry, so my nostrils are a bit uneven, lol crying Other than that, it came out so naturally that people around me don't really notice; they just say I look prettier. I did want an obviously sharp straight nose, but what can I do if my nose can't do that I really like the director's...
