I got alar reduction here about 4 years ago. The price was cheaper than now, and I booked through the app and got same-day consultation and same-day surgery. I don't know how it is now, but I had it done under local anesthesia and the surgery time was very short. There is a slightly white thin-line scar left, but you can't see it unless you lift your head and look closely; it's a scar that isn't visible otherwise. The effect of the alar reduction is really good, and it has still held up well, and my nostrils are nicely symmetrical, so I recommend it. People who had the external incision seem to have ugly scars beside the alar, but here it was an internal incision, so there was no need to worry about that, and I'm still satisfied now.
