I made a reservation and after a short wait I was able to see the doctor. The degree of eyelid sagging was severe, so incision surgery was recommended, and the line was drawn very delicately. He said incision surgery would be best, but non-incision surgery would also be possible if I wanted to try it. I didn't put down a deposit, and the facilities seem good.
