A friend had had it done and I went in for a consultation, and I said I wanted to do an epicanthoplasty because my brow area was wide, but they said that's the bone, so if I really want it, it would have to be done by shaving the bone. It seems like they were being honest. The doctor was kind and really took the time to consult with me.
