I was bothered that my nose bridge was low and made me look bulky, so I was still thinking about nose surgery, but it was a bit scary to get surgery right away, so as an alternative I got Highko and filler together. The immediate effect definitely seems real, and my nose bridge shot up right away after the treatment. Honestly, it hurt quite a bit during the procedure, and especially when the needle went into the tip of my nose, tears welled up a little. Still, my impression became sharper and I'm overall satisfied. But since it's not surgery, I don't think the results will last very long, so until I make up my mind about surgery, I think I'll go back for another round once the maintenance period passes.
