It seems there isn't any overtreatment and they pursue a natural result. What I liked most was that the director consulted me first. They answered my questions refreshingly and clearly. Everything else was good, but I was a little disappointed with how they set the line, because I wanted it a bit bigger, but they said it couldn't be that large. That's the part I'm torn about. Other than that, I really like it.
