First of all, the doctor was kind, but the explanation was way too long and he talked a lot. It's good that he clearly prefers incision methods, but it felt like sitting through a lecture. Separate from that, the manager kept pressuring me on the day of the consultation to book surgery right away, saying they were surprised there were people who only came to look around, and demanding that I explain right then why I wasn't booking immediately, how they were different from other hospitals, and why their hospital couldn't do it. That pressure made me cut them off right away.
