I've been taking my mom to consultations because of the wrinkles under her eyes, and Director Jo Joo-won was extremely kind during the consultation. I was worried because I was bringing my parent, but the director was really, really kind and explained things in a way my mom could understand, and my mom said she understood it so well and was grateful, which was somehow moving. The manager also did not pressure us for a deposit and said to look around a lot and decide. I can't believe how different this is from the clinics we've been to so far. My mom and I are really liking The Regen, but we already have appointments at the other clinics too, so we're going around for consultations...
