I had booked another procedure through a cosmetic surgery app, but when I actually went in on the appointment day, the staff didn't even know about the booking and hadn't approved it, yet the payment had gone through. They hadn't contacted me separately either. Then I was told that the event price didn't apply and that I couldn't get that event procedure there, so I ended up getting a different procedure instead. I was satisfied with the other procedure I got, but I was disappointed with how the staff handled things that day, so I haven't gone back more than twiceㅠ
