There was a consultation fee, but I don’t know why they charge for it. The doctor didn’t really talk to me. He seemed a bit shy around strangers, and the consultation ended in less than 5 minutes. For the double eyelid line, he just said he would make it the line I wanted, and there were no recommendations or anything. Other hospitals didn’t recommend an incision either, but among the places I visited, this was the only one that said they recommend a partial incision.
