This is the clinic where I bravely had surgery on my square jaw and cheekbones ten years ago. Right after surgery I had facial nerve paralysis in my left cheek, what they call facial palsy, and I received treatment at Seoul National University Hospital for months. Time is medicine, and I recovered about 89%, so now nobody notices, but the corner of my mouth on the left still moves a little less. My cheekbones and square jaw weren’t even that severe to begin with, and I was only trying to correct a slight asymmetry, but the effect was minimal. For facial contouring, you absolutely should do it at a large specialized hospital where an anesthesiologist is always present. Thinking back now, it was really terrifying.
