They recommend only the minimum necessary. They don’t over-recommend anything. The price is also cheap. Even if I want a certain surgery, if it’s an unreasonable request, they cut it off and refuse right away. I had the surgery, and from a distance it looks pretty. But up close, it looks a little unnatural. That kind of small detail is really disappointing.
