I visited for the first time. The person sitting at the desk didn't even smile and had a blank expression, but I thought okay, whatever, and consulted with the doctor. The doctor explained things really clearly, told me the exact line, and at other places they mentioned ptosis correction but here they didn't say anything, so I was curious. After the consultation I was going to make a reservation and was discussing dates and times with the desk nurse, but hmm, there was no friendliness at all, so I left without booking.
