As others said, the doctor really did seem to be especially detailed in his explanations. Even though I had made a reservation, I had to wait quite a long time on site, which was disappointing, and the clinic didn’t feel that large either. It doesn’t feel like a factory-style place, so that’s reassuring, and the doctor was kind, but the staff didn’t feel especially kind. It felt like they only covered exactly what they were there to cover.
