The director was really good. It was the first time someone really felt and examined my nose in depth, and we talked while looking at it from all angles with CT and 3D. It was a consultation full of laughter because I couldn't stop laughing at how I looked. But the disappointing part was that among all the hospitals I've been to, the manager looked the least professional. Maybe that was only natural, but the manager was one of the reasons I ended up worrying about this place They weren't especially rude or anything, just gave answers like a robot with only fixed responses. But since the surgery is done by the director, that's not a major factor...
