Maybe the timing worked out well, but there was no one there so I didn't even have to wait, and they explained things extremely thoroughly and took a lot of time with me. People say he's gruff, but to me he just felt like an old grandpa his age. I like the surgical method the most, but the facility looks a bit old, so I'm still deciding.
