My mother had severe under-eye fat and we consulted several hospitals in Daejeon. Here, the doctor explained things in a very specific and easy-to-understand way. That built trust, so she decided to have the surgery. The anesthesia was local, so it seemed safe. In the end, a lot was removed and her impression became much better.
