I don't really know if it had a big effect on my sagging chin fat. I did it about 2 years ago, and even when I lost weight, it still felt like I had a double chin, so my jaw doesn't look slim. I don't know if that's just how contouring is, but if I don't say anything and suddenly speak after waking up, my jaw often makes a sound. It also goes numb when I eat something cold.
