The breast surgery consultation was very kind. They said they would do it the way I wanted. They explained the shape only very briefly and moved on, so it was confusing. They explained the pros and cons of the implants, and the choice was mine. Some staff were kind, and some were not. The hospital is so big that when they called my name from far away I couldn’t hear it well, but I could see a staff member frowning and getting irritated. I was dumbfounded.
