I had surgery about 6 years ago... what I wanted was natural-looking, a subtle double eyelid, but the result was sausage eyes. The incision line for the double-eyelid surgery was set too high, so the eyes fold from the lower side, and when my eyes are closed the line is bumpy. When I went to remove the stitches and said it seemed thick, they told me it also depends on body type and to lose weight.
