The doctor is a bit blunt, but he does speak with expertise, so I trusted him, but the Sculptra effect was really almost nonexistent Even that faded in less than 6 months The staff are kind, at least on the surface, but there was a bit of a way they spoke as if they were looking down on the patient So if it were someone I knew, I would absolutely not recommend it
