It was so long ago that I don't remember it well, but I had buried double eyelid surgery and it was done under local anesthesia. But 3 years later it came undone, so I had revision surgery at another clinic. At the time, the line was also very natural, and they seemed to really pursue an extremely unnoticeable look.
