The consultation was mostly handled by the manager, and if you want, they will connect you to the doctor too. But the doctor's consultation ends in about 3 minutes. When you ask questions, they seem really annoyed, so overall the friendliness is low. And the staff are always gathered around the counter in a crowd, which feels like a bunch of delinquents and is scary.
