There were communication mistakes about twice during the consultation booking process, such as the appointment date being entered incorrectly. I checked it myself and fixed it before going, but then I had to wait over an hour, and I was told the doctor was in surgery and asked to finish early, but I thought, if I were in surgery, would they do that too...? The doctor does find the flaws in my face well and explains things one by one while showing example photos, but if I ask out of simple curiosity as someone without professional knowledge in plastic surgery, like, "Can this also be done?", he replies in a way like, "Then are you saying I'm lying?" He is so full of confidence that he makes me extremely embarrassed. I felt that if I were ever dissatisfied with the surgery result or if something went wrong, communication would not work and he would just keep insisting he was right. So I passed.
