I went for a consultation because of eyelid sagging, and the director spent about 30 minutes giving a really careful and thorough consultation, showing before-and-after photos and explaining the solution. The manager was kind too, but avoided saying much and told me to discuss the details with the director. But it wasn't the direction I wanted, so I didn't decide to have the surgery.
