I have a lot of eyelid skin, so my eyes were sagging, but I didn’t want double-eyelid surgery, so I went in thinking about a brow lift. They suggested a method that would fit my eyes in great detail. I liked that it would be done by making a tiny opening and proceeding with a shallow buried-suture method. I liked that they talked about the depth of the tissue rather than just the height, since the depth of a double-eyelid line looked shallow, but the line they marked for me and the lines in the before-and-after photos of patients didn’t suit my taste at all Still, I strongly recommend this as a place to consult before double-eyelid surgery.
