I went for my first double-eyelid consultation through a recommendation from an acquaintance with Dr. Kim Seung-jun. He looked at my eyes and said it might be a difficult surgery, so he recommended non-incisional eye correction first, and said if my eyes still didn’t open well, then we could do the non-incisional procedure. Since I trusted the recommendation from someone I knew, I made a reservation, but I didn’t want to have surgery twice, so I said I would cancel and asked for my money back. The staff director made me wait for over an hour, so I ended up shouting in the first-floor lobby. A reservation deposit is clearly illegal, but when you cancel, they tend to keep dragging out the time.
