Nasal bone reduction (osteotomy), septal cartilage, silicone used During the consultation, they emphasized that it would look natural and that I could still do the pig-nose test. It’s been 3 years since the surgery, and maybe their skill has improved by now.. I can do the pig-nose test, and it doesn’t hurt even if I touch the tip of my nose. But it doesn’t look like I had surgery at all.. My boyfriend even says, “You really had surgery? Your nasal tip is still round and big.”.. The silicone is slightly bent to the side (they say it’s because my face is naturally asymmetrical^^) Even if I accept the bend as asymmetry, why is the part connecting the bridge and the tip sunken in~~~ It’s my fault for not going around and just getting surgery~~ I’m looking into revision surgery.
