I called the evening before to make an appointment, and they said I could come after making a phone reservation the next day, so I called and explained what I wanted to book, but they said that part would be difficult. They hadn’t even done a CT scan, but just over the phone they said no. They said the nurse who answered the phone the day before didn’t know much. Before that, during an online phone consultation, they had told me I could just come in for a consultation first. It felt like the story kept changing.
