I had surgery on my bulbous nose tip, and they consulted me in the direction of making it natural, so I proceeded naturally. The consultation was also very thorough and careful. However, the doctor's opinion is a bit strong in some areas, so you should keep that in mind. They also take good care of the dressing after surgery.
