I had built trust through YouTube, so I went in already thinking I would do it here for sure. But it was exactly like the reviews I saw from this community. The front desk people had absolutely no sense, and I was shocked because I could hear them badmouthing customers. While they were chatting, they didn't even greet customers when they left, and in the middle of it all they were acting all strict and busy among themselves. And the director is way too stubborn? They didn't even try to hear what kind of nose I wanted and just showed me before-and-after photos by themselves. It was all old photos from the old Let Me In days, of people with crooked noses and Southeast Asian-looking features. It wasn't the kind of nose that makes you say wow, it's pretty, but more like the after is better than the before..? Anyway, I almost teared up but held it in because I was so angry. It felt awful, just really awful. I had seen very bad reviews of the director, but... I thought they had a strong point of view, so I decided I would definitely do it at Eight, but they drained all my energy, and I stayed in a bad mood all day after the consultation.
