The doctor’s consultation was kind. But seriously, don’t leave a deposit here~ The refund process was somehow so absurdly complicated that it took almost a month, which is hilarious. Other hospitals cancel everything in a day, right? Anyway, they said sorry and that it would be done by xx date, so I waited. But even the day after the scheduled date, it still hadn’t been canceled. (I deliberately waited until the next day.) Of course I’d be anxious and angry, right?.. So I messaged the manager, but they didn’t check it for a while, so I got frustrated and called the front desk. A few minutes later, the manager called back in a super curt tone asking if I had called the card company... like I was the one who did something wrong. It would’ve been nice if the attitude had stayed good to the end, but I felt really bad. And I still don’t get why hospitals always ask why you’re canceling a reservation. I canceled because I saw someone who had a canthoplasty here end up overdone. Looking at their attitude, it was a good thing I didn’t do it here.
