The consultation manager was kind and the doctor was kind too. However, maybe because there was little possibility of improving my eyes, they didn't draw a line during the consultation and left in a hurry, which was a little disappointing. They did tell me honestly that if something couldn't be done, it couldn't be done, so in a way I think they were being frank.
