It was the first time I'd been to a hospital where the manager shapes the line, and they recommended the surgery method and type as if they themselves were a medical professional. To meet the main doctor I had booked, I had to wait more than an hour, and when I made the reservation, they said this was also scheduled to fit the doctor's timetable. They spoke in a way that made it sound like it wasn't great and recommended another doctor. The doctor's consultation was okay, but he seemed busy and like he had to leave quickly. They had said from the beginning that he was in surgery, but I hadn't booked with that doctor, so I wondered if he suddenly came out of surgery for the consultation... They didn't even know his name, and the doctor came much later, did the consultation, and left, but the manager still hadn't come in after more than 15 minutes, so I was about to go look for them, then they came in and said, "The doctor still hasn't come, right~" Seeing that communication wasn't working, I decided this wasn't the place for me. There were a lot of people, they did a CT scan, and there was no consultation fee
