I have thin under-eyes and severe dark circles, so I've had the lympid procedure a few times. The female director explains things very calmly and is kind. She told me her own experience of doing a petite procedure on her own face, which made me empathize and trust her, and she's very delicate with the procedure. The price is brutal, but overall I'm satisfied with the lympid procedure. The previous staff were extremely kind. On my last visit, the recently changed staff were still kind, but it felt a little chaotic.
