I had it done in 2007, so it has been almost 20 years now. I did it right after the college entrance exam. My nose was small, so I just had a silicone bridge inserted, and no one knows I had surgery, so I have been living well. But now it seems like the silicone has come down all the way to the tip of my nose, or maybe there is not much skin left, so I am starting to think about revision surgery.
