The consultation manager was really bad to the point of making me want to swear ㅋㅋ Almost all the desk staff were rude.. I’ve never once felt that they were kind. The consultation manager would try to start a power struggle, and among all the places I went to, this was the first one that tried to win a power struggle like that ㅋㅋ I put up with it and had surgery just because of the director. I actually thought this place would prefer a flashy style, but from other people’s reviews it seems there’s a difference. They’re thorough, they listen to your needs well, so it’s better to say everything. They don’t over-treat, they’re straightforward, and the surgery progress has been good, so I’m satisfied.
