I went there after a recommendation from someone I know. It was during an event, so I remember the discount for referrals wasn't especially large. It was my first consultation, and what bothered me was that I had to wait about an hour. I had put down a deposit, and when I contacted them to get a refund, the consultation manager didn't answer the phone well. The doctor carefully shaped the line during the consultation, but it felt like, if I had nothing more to ask, I should just go. Overall, they seem to do things the way the patient wants.
