First of all, the doctor who performs the procedure comes in after the consultation manager leaves and gives another consultation before the procedure. But even though it was an event procedure, every staff member I met strongly pushed me to write a review, so before I even started I felt like, ah, this is why the reviews here are written like this. That part bothered me a bit. Still, the doctor in charge was kind and worked hard during the procedure. However, they were about to go straight in without planning the design, so I said, 'Wait, aren't we designing first?' and only then did they do it. It's been almost 2 weeks now, and I still can't really feel the effect.
