I had under-eye fat removal, but I think at the time they were not honest with me that this surgery was not at all beneficial for me. Because of this surgery, the hollow under my eyes got much worse, so I had another surgery, but the under-eye darkening got worse. (Even with another surgery, it can't go back to how it was before)
