The doctor also didn't push any other surgery and only explained things within the scope of what I said I wanted, so I liked that it wasn't confusing. When I had to step out to use the restroom and they called me at my scheduled consultation time, I wasn't at my seat, but the staff at the desk immediately said my name when I came back, checked that I was the right person, and guided me straight to the consultation room, so I was really grateful. They didn't specifically tell me to make a reservation, but it seemed okay, so I left a deposit for now. I have deposits at two hospitals total, so I'm deciding while reading reviews!
