The director seems to prefer using only ear cartilage, and apparently he avoids using the septum if possible. He also mainly uses ear cartilage for the nasal columella. When asked whether it would sag, he said the degree of sagging depends on the surgical method. He aims for a natural look, and the actual reviews he showed were very natural.
