I got lip Botox, and when I got it I thought it wouldn't hurt at all, but it did hurt. And for a few days after that, it was a little uncomfortable. But I think the corners of my mouth did lift a bit, so if you're just getting it as a mood change, it seems good. It's not a dangerous procedure, so give it a try. Corner-of-the-mouth Botox is all much of a muchness anyway.
