There isn't a separate CS team, so if you're hoping for kind and thorough responses, don't expect them. The facilities were poor, and as someone who usually goes to a lot of upscale, clean plastic surgery clinics, I was extremely flustered and uneasy. Still, I wanted to get my cheekbone surgery done with quick recovery, and this was the only place where the results seemed satisfying, so I went ahead with the surgery feeling like, well, whatever. It's been over 2 years since the surgery now, and I have zero regrets, only thoughts like, what would I have done if I hadn't had it. There was no swelling or bruising when I had my cheekbones done.
