The manager and the other staff are all extremely intimidating. After deciding on the procedure, they said they would personally go withdraw the money from the ATM on the first floor and asked for my bank password. Does that sort of thing really happen? I also asked for a redo because the chin-tip effect was nonexistent, but they refused. Extremely overpriced and terrible.
