I waited 2 hours and still couldn't even get a proper consultation. I was shocked by how rude the chief doctor was. He completely looked down on patients, made weird analogies, and acted like I was the one being annoying. It felt like he was taking out all the resentment he couldn't vent during his school days on patients. It was like some delinquent kid was being sarcastic at me lol. How could someone act like that??? If you don't want to use analogies, just say that something can't be both flashy and natural. I couldn't even tell what point he was trying to make... And the system seems messed up too. They told me to go downstairs for a CT scan, then said the registration hadn't even been processed. My appointment was at 2:30, but at 2:35 they suddenly texted that it was actually a 3:00 appointment, and then texted asking where I was even though I had already come in. I went early, before 2:30;; but I still didn't even get an eye consultation. Everything from the system to the consultation was a total mess.
